Hira i did not notice that everyone from jan-may 2008 got medical request except me and user828.
I was thinking there are few other people except us but its just me and user828
I really have very bad luck
first they did not ask me for additional documents
second they took 5 months to approve me as a sponsor (again others were getting ahead of me)
third i never got AOR from ND so far whereas some got it within a week/month
now aggain i did not get medical request??? :'( this is not fair really not fair
is there any guarantee that they will include me in second batch? NO
I m feeling dumb not to notice this before even after noticing what can i do? NOTHING greatt
i m just done with this BS :'(

Yess i saw this trend tonn Most of them have got the medical request.. You will get them soon too.. Atleatleast ND Lvo is far better than us.. Our LVo still have cases pending from 2005,2006 and 2007 respectively :-\.. So i wonder when would my turn come.. I am from the 2008 batch :-\..

And u dont get worried.. Ur medical request would be just round the corner. U should get it before the year end.n Next year should be lucky for all off us waiting..

Sometime it happens kandel.. :-\..So just dont loose hope.. Time to time i start loosing hope,but then whenever i come to this forum my Hope gets restored again.. I have started visiting this forum everyday now.. Infact several times a day .. I have got addicted to it to like all other member's..

And yes its not badluck.. Remember only good People are put to test!! .. Soo soon you wait will be over too :-D.. There is an idiom "Allah ke ghar deeer haii andheeer nahe" . If u know what i mean ..

..and outta that my file was xfered in April and you forgot Browneagle, (7th May 2008 ) - seems like CIC is working in LIFO instead of FIFO :-*

So keep smiling, hope to see more info in my next GCMS notes ( expected in 1st week of Dec ). Unless my father is a double-secret agent, not sure what else is taking time.

The only thing which kinda worries me is when I faxed ND and asking if folks are visiting and plan to extend visa till May 2013, then if there is a possibility to send file to Seattle, they replied back and said if travelling then let them know so they can delay the PP request and then will send 2nd request, no way they can xfer to different office BUT this was a query and it seemed like a reply to a query only, however, did they take this as my final word? and kept the file aside. I wouldn't think so but can't say for sure
Other than me, smodhera is also waiting or Meds however he did receive some request

It could be in the mail? and yet to come here so dunno if that's what made the delay

Thanks User i know ur so brave i hope we also get good news soon...i did not forget browneagle but i think she is not active anymore. I will order GCMS aswell?

I was thinking there are many other members toh ,if this is the case,it is so disappointing.But don't worry ND is still in the process of sending meds and PPR.Right now they are very busy with finalizing 2007 cases.Definitely you will get PPR and meds soon.They can't do this Anyayay to ur dear Kandel.Right?
Actually you and user828 are so sweet that CIC thinks people need them at forum.Just kidding
Today is exact one year since that letter was issued and I wish for all members and especially LVO/dependent files a very speedy next year.

Hi kandel dont loose hope my case is the biggest example i got frustrated waiting for sponsership approval i lost my dad in this waiting time . So you are just near to some good news kandel order the gcms notes when my file transfer on 29 august i order gcms notes next day i got it and see my all file amd e-mail address so you should order notes to see any change . You should be positive i have one frnd who is waiting from last 33 month from new delhi for medical you can see her case in trackitt harjass username

Hi lucky you are near to hear good news some stats are coming in jan i am waiting for that it tell how many target are alloted to different visa offices i am sure islambad target will increase bcoz china target will be low bcoz many new file are transfer to ottawa for beijing applicant

I have lot of expectations with new year.
