hmm I'm from Oct 2007 and I'm still waiting for AOR from LVO. maybe because my LVO is not India this news doesn't apply for me

I have questions as I had applied for my parents and brother same like you. First, when did you get AOR from Delhi? Second, as you got medical request in regular mail, did you provide email in the application?

Listen i recevied letter on 5th April from LVO-ND via email that confirms my file transfer to LVO......after that 6 mnths i was waiting any kind of email from CIC.....but suddenly at 9th oct i recevied this medical request..via...post

so i also provide Email......1st letter from LVO comes via email.....and 2nd comes via post....and my e cas still shows applican recevied.....amazing..

One more question: what did this $200 fee include? Is it doctor's visit fee (a specialist or the same DMP you initially went to?) DOes this fee include x-ray or just the 'talking to the doctor' part? I know the costs will vary from region to region and doctor but just want to get an idea (to be mentally prepared )

Hi Anik,

Sorry I can't reply to emails not sure why...

The doctor didn't mention anything about previous x-rays, which I guess they wouldnt if it means more money for them (sorry I think the process is a little abused by the costs incurred by various doctors..not that they charge but the amount they charge). The $200 fee basically involved a 15 minute visit, specialist doctor (not DMP) listened to lungs asked some questions, said to go for sputum test at any clinic and redo x-ray in 3 months. My mum will be back in UK by then so I hope she can get it done there. The fee was for the 15 minute visit only, additional costs will be for sputum test and retake of x-ray.

1) how much time they are giving for the medical and PCC to submit
2) are you in locked in date or fulltime student dependent on parents category
3) did you recive the letter by email or post ?

if you can can you post the latter here just the formate how they are sending please ;D

1) they giv us 2 months for sending back evrything....otherwise case will refuse
2) i m a full time student with regular studies....now i m in post graduation
3) i recevied letter via post...

dear Par4u...its a 4 page letter...1st page that requested for additional doccuments....and next 2 pages include what we need in medical exam & doccument checklist.....and last page is a form...that for non-accompanying dependents...

so i post 1st becouse i thing this is main...

* A schedule 1 form for you and one for all accompanying dependents over the age of 18

My mom has done medicals on Feb 21st, 2012 in Canada
- file was in process in CPP-O since March 14,
- decision was made August 4th
- I din't get any latter yet from CPP-Ottawa, only my MP got a confirmation CPP-Ottawa approved our application and a visa will be issued.
