I have similar situation :). I did not receive AOR, but received the decision made letter directly. CIC might not send AOR for all applicants. There is a cost associate with the mailing process and labour work, especially Federal Government has very tight budget this fiscal year. If the CIC officers, who assigned for your file noticed some issues, he/she will contact you. Waiting for the good news of approval :)

If the existing form doesn't have space for spouse to sign then I suggest you to fill two forms 1 for principal applicant and 1 for spouse.
And if needed attached a letter explaining the reason.
thanks for update sponsorparents,

below in form only space says signature nothing specified for Applicant or Spouse.

If i fill seperate forms for both than do have to put Principal applicant area my mom's name instead of my dad's name or not?

Thanks

You are welcome! No news is good news, which means no missing document or other issues.

Some applicants received AOR with additional supporting document request, which caused further delay for the process.

If, as indicated in your earlier example, you have space for details of both your parents, then fill in just one form. At the bottom - for signature, both your parents can sign. First the principal applicant (indicate this along with full name) followed by spouse (again, indicate this along with full name).

So, it says if blank address then put new address however the mailing address already has my address below? so should I put my address as HOME address

this what is says

In Canada

In most cases, you can use the online service. The changes should appear in your file within 15 business days.
Step 1 – Check your eligibility

You can use the online service if:

your case is being processed in Canada
your address is in Canada
you are moving within three weeks
you have not been requested to report your change of address in person at your local office

if you have space for both parents, enter their details. If signature space is for only person, then get principal applicant signature. No need for spouse sign.
basically principal applicant is declaring the details of all persons in the application.

Yes, that's an issue. I have been reading forums and DHL can send it ( 90% ). So I plan to send it to a friend who will then send to ND, who will return it back to him and then DHL back to Canada

Then 2 options, make appt with immigration officer or make a U-turn via USA and re-enter
Well, we had an issue with my mom birth certificate when I was doing additional docs. Notary public in my home country would not notarize it as the stamp was faded. Of course it would be, the cert is 65 years old.
I went to a notary public in Canada and asked if she will notarize. She said she would.

Off to DHL my mom went. And...they DID NOT accept the birth certificate as it was against the law.
My mom had to travel to another country, nearest to her home place and send the certificate by DHL from there.
Notary public in Canada notarized it. And I was able to submit all package.

user828, my mom will be here for at least 6 months, and I am not going to change her home address. It might have had sense, you were not a Representative. But all correspondence will come to you anyway.
But of course it is up to you.
