whenever you sent case specific enquiry you need to write "Urgent" in the subject.hashhusp said:I sent an inquiry 1st of june 2015. No response and also order gcms. Gcms doesn't have any useful information. last note they have on the file is that they sent the 2nd medical request, that's all.
thanks for your suggestion.

As far as I know, when medical results are received in eCAS, usually means they have all the results already to be able to make medicals-passed decision.aalm said:Hi all,
Those who are going through medical furtherance, when do you guys saw the status "medical results received"?
If your status is "medical results received", does that mean it's a positive result?
I am wondering at what stage this status is uploaded for the people going through medical furtherance?
Many Thanks.
if anyone fails medical (due to illness or if CIC thinks they will be high-demand on health services), then whole file will be refused. But CIC does send a procedural fairness letter before refusing.....giving applicant chance to give more evidence, to demonstrate how applicant won't be burden on govt....Muhriz said:Does anybody knows ....if one of the family member (not principal applicant) have medical fail does it affect immigration process for whole family or its just that member will be impacted?
Thanks.
canvis, i think they have change this policy recently that due to inadmissibility of any of the person in the application, not everyone will be refused. i dont have reference but i remember reading this in this forum and on cic website, but pls check cic website or google it.canvis2006 said:if anyone fails medical (due to illness or if CIC thinks they will be high-demand on health services), then whole file will be refused. But in case its refusal, everyone being sponsored will be refused.
if this is true, it is a nice change.starzibal said:canvis, i think they have change this policy recently that due to inadmissibility of any of the person in the application, not everyone will be refused. i dont have reference but i remember reading this in this forum and on cic website, but pls check cic website or google it.
