We received an email on Jan 24, 2014 from New Delhi which just informed us that the permanent application has been transferred there for processing. They listed the processing times and so on. We have not received any other communication since then.

I have some question for my friend that his brother sponsor his parents and him on August 2010. He was 17 years old when his brother submitted. He dropped of school since he was 19 years old till now. Now he's 21 and 4 months he still not continue to study.
1. Will cic refuse him as dependent child?
2. Can he hope to get visa?

I'm preparing to submit next month and I want to know who dependent under 22 be necessary to send doc education record along with application or not?

Here's my Info for Application:
Applied for Mom and Dad only: Jan 2011
Letter of list (to be completed with in 90 days) received: Beginning of Aug 2014

My Questions are:

How long does it take to receive the Medical test request, and do they email to you or send a letter for test?
I have also applied for my mom as a tourist, She's getting that file ready and hopefully she gets the visa soon: My question is.. Is it affect her current Parents sponsorship file?

I don't hv much knowledge about this procedure but I think tourist visa didn't effect the parents sponsorship bcoz there are also lots of applicants already applied in the past...

Acc 2 application only upto senior secondary bt most f da ppl send xerox f all academic records so as to rule out any manual error nd delay.as dere s no harm n it.
