hi I have received the medical request for my parents 2 weeks ago along with Police certificate and travel history. On my cic account I can all three documents has space for upload and cic game is 30 days to submit all the documents.
Today they have done their medical but the doctor didn’t give any document back. They said they will send all the documents directly. This is fine for me but what should I upload on my cic for proof of medical exams?
The instructions online on my cic account says that
“In order to submit your online application, you will need to upload the information printout sheet or the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form. Your doctor will give you one of these forms when you complete your medical exam.”

Does anyone know what should I upload on my cic account for proof of my parents medicals ?

Panel doctor sends in medical to IRCC.

When my parents had the exam the doctor submitted results directly to IRCC, however the doctor also e-mailed confirmation that they were examined, so I uploaded this confirmation. It is not mandatory (as the doctor submits results), however I just wanted to be on the safe side. If I had not had that confirmation, I'd upload a copy of the receipt for the exam fees they paid.

I have the copy of receipts too for my parents medical fee.
I will upload them.

We have not received any email or written confirmation from doctor about my parents examination.

However, my parents have requested a copy of medical reports for themselves. They will get them in 4 businesses days. I am thinking to upload them too.
