We can't help you without a lot more information. Parents are very rarely interviewed. There must be a reason why they are being interviewed - something very unusual about their application that IRCC has concerns about. Do you know what it is? If not, order your GCMS notes asap.

It's the first time I saw parents being requested an interview (I've only been paying attention to PGP the last few months. So I may have missed those posts)

Order GCMS notes as scylla suggested. Then you will know what issue IRCC wants to find out from the interview.

Looks like the issue was really about the brothers and whether they were actually dependents under 22.
