I have a strong belief that you should be accepted. You need to show the income of your wife in india and show her tax receipts if she is working there.

Hello
I got inviation for my parents sponsorship.
My income for 2021, 2022, 2023 are 48,497, 65,175 and 58,346
I am eligible for the income as
3 people $40,444, $52,965 , $54,743
But the problem is I got married in october 2023 and that makes my family to 4 people as well as because of the marriage I didn't do work for almost 10 weeks hence the less income and my wife is India and she is not working for now.
Is there any chance for me if I explain the immigration about this situation. Also my wife's immigration file is already in process under spouse pr since December 27, 2023

Did you updated your Marital status with IRCC? Are you sponsoring your wife ? Cause if you updated your marriage status and sponsoring your wife which means now you have to show that you can support 4 people

Even if he has not with CRA - the forms ask if the sponsor is married.

It will come out and he will get rejected.
