My understanding and experience is - After the medical tests are done at emedical clinic, they need a week or two to upload to IRCC, if there is no other concern with the tests. After two weeks, the emedical can confirm, if they uploaded to IRCCmy mother in law just did her medical and it is still not updated in the gckey system yet. she will be arriving in Canada at the end of March to stay for at least 6 months. Do we need to inform IRCC of this?
thanks, I understand that, but I am just asking if her being in canada on a visitor visa will need to be reported? My understanding and experience is - After the medical tests are done at emedical clinic, they need a week or two to upload to IRCC, if there is no other concern with the tests. Even after that, IRCC will spend some random time, to check the report and update GCkey system.
Yes, you will have to report to IRCC of her arrival and the duration of the stay along with her address till the time she is in Canada. You will have to keep IRCC updated about any changes in the address or any other information till the time your case has not been processed completely.thanks, I understand that, but I am just asking if her being in canada on a visitor visa will need to be reported?
I think PGP program accepts more applications through invitation than the prescribed quota, then it works on first come first serve basis. Once older files are rejected for one reason or the other, the next one in queue is processed. Also the factors like working speed of individual immigration officers assigned to the file play a role in processing time of the file.I called IRCC yesterday ......
