Hi All, I got biometrics request yesterday for my parents. Today I received Invitation to pre-arrival service. Letter says you now qualify to receive pre-arrival services to help you prepare for your new life in Canada. What this letter mean? I am still waiting for SA letter.
My background status also changed to "Not applicable". I still have to do Medical and PCC but waiting for the request.

Just got an update that Medical exam passed Aug 30, 2024. My parents did medical in 2019. It should have expired. I thought they should get a request for medical. I am still waiting for PCC. Also with the medical passed updated, I got pre-arrival service letter.
1) Will I get PCC request?
2) Did I pass the eligibility criteria?

No they have not started the background checks yet.

Biometric is valid for 10 years so it is not needed again.

That is not correct, IRCC will require him to provide another biometrics despite having a valid one provided during supervisa application.
@SC1989 , be prepared to provide another biometrics once IRCC requests for it. Also, I believe they will be sending you another medical request soon because medicals are generally valid for one year. I had a similar experience where both biometrics and medicals were valid and passed respectively on GCKey because of previous supervisa application process in August 2023. However, another biometrics was requested in March this year while another medical was requested in July because the supervisa's will be expiring this month.

Hi guys, trying to figure out what went wrong. No update at all
I submitted application Dec 4th, got ADR in jan and then a mail (NOT email) on early June which is AOR. Submitted sponsor form which later found it said if not submitted. Nothing since then?
Am I the only one and what should I do? Thanks

I submitted Nov 2023. Received AOR in June and nothing since then. I’m beginning to get worried. Does your parents have dependents? My mum is here on visit visa too
