Do PCC, medical request, missing docs emails go to sponsor's email or parent's email?
And for GC key should sponsor create an account and link it or should parent create GC key account using their email and then link it?

PCC is required from every country where there have lived for at least 6 months from the age of 18 or over. I got another follow-up letter saying that, so now I also need to get one from Canada since they've been here for over 12 months.

Right, so my question was will the PCC email list all the countries or is it up to us to make sure to submit PCC for all countries where parents have lived for more than 6 months

What options did you selected while calling. I can never connect to CIC , always get a message " We are experiencing High call volume and can not transfer you and they disconnect the call"

I applied on Nov 12th. Nothing received yet. I called customer service today and got the temporary file number. But I could not link it with GCkey.

Even with AOR email and file no starting with "F", i am not able to link to GCKey !!

Hey Shankar Iyer,
I got a letter this afternoon, that they asked me to send imm5768 with SIN no to verify income from CRA (If the form was not already sent with the application). so should I resend the downloaded one I submitted or complete another one?

I got the same email with AOR. I think we don’t need to send it again as it was already included with application

Did IRCC request PCC from Canada? They usually do not request for that.

Valid point, my parents are in similar situation and I went to the local RCMP office. They said they will not issue a criminal record check unless IRCC has requested for it specifically, he further went on to say even people that have lived here 10 years don't require a formal letter from RCMP. So I am not getting one from Canada unless they specifically ask for it.
