What worked for me after multiple trials was:

1. Remove X. Your application number will start with F.
2. Family size would be 4 in your case (your parents, sponsor and cosponsor). Child is not included. For us also we are family size of 5 but 4 worked in linking the application.
3. Use application number and UCI number (principal applicants UCI). Then choose place of birth option.

Wait till you get the AOR, at that point you'll have an application#. Using that you can submit documents upfront using the web portal.

Hello all,
This is in regards to my mother's PR sponsorship that we applied
It shows "Decision Made" on both Sponsorship & Permanent Residence on ECAS portal on 11th March 2024
We received the Pre-Arrival Service Letter as well on 11th March 2024.
Does anyone know how long till we receive Passport Request
It is outland application, Visa Office is New Delhi, India
Any insight would be helpful

Submitted my parents application on Dec 6, 2023. Got an email this morning saying we missed attaching the CV for my mother (dependent) in the application , who is a housewife. I'm leaving this message for any one in the future wondering.

You just needed to create a short CV and put Stay home housewife or something like that in it and her education. I sent that with my original application.

No, according to one of the posts, OP applied in 2019.

Yes, we applied in 2019, it’s unbelievable that we are getting DECISION MADE almost after 5 years!
Any insight on how long it takes after Decision Made??
