I think it only may delay the process so it is your choice.
I would prefer to give access and since my family member used that and his application for PGP was approved and completed with in an year so I will not take any chance that can delay the processing time (They are already sleeping at each step of the application).

Agree with Faaarii.

better to give CRA access for piece of mind and avoid to fill out extra forms. Giving your CRA access to IRCC will save a lot of your time insense of determine your income for a particular year. There is no specific way to fill out your employment history questions so I prefer to give CRA access.

There are two ways:
Option 1. Write income years as :
Jan 1, 2023 -Present your recent/last salary slip must have Year to date income so you can write that number here
Jan 1, 2022-Dec 31, 2022 Your income from NOA
Jan 1, 2021-Dec 31, 2021 Your income from NOA
Jan 1 2020- Dec 31, 2020 Your income from NOA
Option 2.
Jan 1, 2020- Present (Add all incomes of tax year 2020, 2021, 2022 and income of 2023 from salary slip)
Both works since I know and have seen people writing and using the above format and their application is approved (sponsor).
Agreed with Faaari:

there is not specific way to provide your employment details. Always a question whether to mention it year by year or one line per employer.
What I did is go with one line per employer.
Best thing is give authorization to IRCC to access your CRA. They will figure out by themselves whatever info they needed.

Include whatever proof you have. They may not even ask for it since it's been 3 years since you submitted your interest to apply form.

Thank you

Guys on the IMM application for the Principal applicant and the dependent.

On the UCI number. I put the 10 digit number from C.REC line of their visitor visa.
is that right? still the same as before.

Thank you

under PGP why they send 24,200 invitations to apply, if goal is to accept up to 15,000 complete applications.
Because only about 15k will be eligible and some will not even apply. For example, many don’t meet LICO and still apply or some parents will not pass the medical. Some parents will have passed away.

Guys,

as a Principal applicant, Having known your UCI and currently have a visitor visa before submitting your PGP application. is there any advantage on that? especially in verifying your identity plus you’ve been in canada several times. The background check is much faster on the PA side.

Thanks

How long is the AOR? is there anyone received it already?

Thank you

Hello Everyone,

My relative has got Sponsorship approval under PGP category for 2023, she is at present staying in Canada under super visa from Feb 2022 onwards during the time she landed as per the super visa guideline before July 2022 the supervisa holders can continuously stay for two years whereas from July 2022 the super visa rules changed and the super visa holders can stay continuously for 5 years.

As per the previous guidelines she will have to return before Feb 2024 as she will be completing 2 years or is she eligible to stay under the new guidelines which allows super visa holders to stay continuously for 5 years, in that case does she needs apply for extension or is she eligible to stay for a period of 5 years as per the new super visa guidelines without applying for extension.

Kindly clarify as her PR is under process it would be good if she could continue her stay.

Regards,

She needs to apply for extension and see how much time IRCC will allow her to stay. I do not know the details on how the forms needed to be filled.
