Question on IMM 5669 Section D says: Provide the details of your personal history for the past 10 years, or since your 18th birthday if it was less than 10 years ago.

Checklist 5771 Asks for : Note: For section D, if the principal applicant or a dependant has not worked in the past 10 years (e.g. they are retired), they must provide details of their personal history since the age of 18.

Which is best option ?? Going with Check list or 5669 ?

Go with whatever that have the higher level of information. For this case, I think personal history since 18 make sense since there is basically no history for 10 years if the person has been retired since. IRCC needs background information to verify this person's history.

It will give sperate forms for each ( Parents (Applicant, Spouse), and each dependent child who is 18 years or older have taken outside of their country of origin or of residence in the last 10 years .

Hi, my question is in reference to IMM5562. I live in a remote town so to get to my place my mom has to change couple of flights. So my question is do I write Destination city as my city or the city where my mom landed first in Canada. If I write my city then immigration officer might not be verify it from the passport stamp. Thank you

In IMM5669, under personal history, do we have to write different positions held in same organization over 25 years? or just one title (final title when retired) is good enough. Thank you

on page 2 number 9. details of your family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not effect. for me every thing is not applicable.
should i put not applicable or leave it blank?

Destination = City, Country (as per form), so, just write your town, country,

If different locations in same org then, period, position, city, Country, If same location, the position at the time of retirement is good.
So, careful while putting the durations, Because they verify the same the Resume, which is asked under supporting document of applicant #4.

C and D).

I left blank that, as they did not say to write "NONE / NA" anywhere in the form or check list

Hello everyone,

I have just successfully uploaded my parents' PR application on the portal. However, I have realized that I made two mistakes on form IMM 5669. The first mistake is that I filled in my grandmother's place of birth incorrectly, and the second is that I mistakenly used her last name before marriage for my maternal grandmother's given name. Now, I am quite worried that they might return or refuse my application. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice from anyone.

I would to ask for your assistance for the principal applicant, both parents are deceased is the applicant still needs to provide the birth certificate and death certificate for both?

Second, When I submit my intention to PGP last 2020, My address is different. How do I change it? submit my application first before I can change my address? in the application form I already wrote down the new address is that correct?

This question has been addressed multiple times.
If you are applying for your mom and dad you DO NOT need to provide your parent's birth certificates. You have to provide ONLY YOURS birth certificate.
