Hi everyone,
I am almost ready to submit my application for my parents, but before I do so, I am seeking some clarification:

1. On the PR portal, there are a number of required forms/ documents to fill out (Done)
2. On the checklist (imm5771e form) there are some information there which are not in the PR portal, eg. financial evaluatuon (imm 5768 form). Do I add this to the supporting documents section of the PR portal?
3. On the checklist there are also some forms that do not apply to my situation, eg: statutory declaration of common law union (imm 5409 form). Do i submit a blank form?
4. Both my parents are retired, do I still submit a resume/ CV?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Can anyone help me with these questions? Thank you in advance

Hello,

I received the magic e-mail invitation for my parent PR application.
I have two questions.
1) my parents does not have marriage certificate but they do have marriage affidavit that done in 2016 when they came here on visitor visa.
would affidavit work instead of marriage certificate ? If yes then is that affidavit still valid?

2) Do they need birth certificate ? I know check list says only sponsors birth certificate requires. But in application guide it mentions that they require primary and spouse birth certificate as well?
If it is required than what options do I have as they don’t have birth certificate and they did not study until 10 either

they voter id and addhar card.

thank you in advance..

For point#2 : PGP Application guide Page# 134 says " If you are sponsoring the mother/father of your mother/father, you must include a photocopy of your mother/father’s birth certificate, to clearly show the relationship between the two of you."

If you sponsoring your grand parents, then you need your parents birth certificates

In the process of applying - I have 2 questions:

1. We cannot find the birth certificate for my mother. What alternatives can I provide?
2. My father has military service record back home - how detailed does this need to be? In military they changes your boss and location every 2 years so this list is very long

thanks

thanks - Birth certificate for mother and father is compulsory - But we cannot find the one for my mother. What should I do? We have her ID card, passport and family tree only

Did you not read our responses? They are ONLY required if you are sponsoring your GRANDPARENTS. YOUR birth certificate is require to proof the relationship between you and your parents.

Another question..pa was running a small business and doing some household agriculture...considering it as a time pass and not a big source of income can we say retired in employment history for the 10 years..

Not sure if this is already answered
In my bc, father and mothers last name are initialed. Should I submit a loe or an affidavit for this?

"In your bc", you mean your birth certificate? What does "loe" mean?
