I was aked to submit proof of relationship to my father. I already submitted the birth certificate. I only have an old Indian passport showing his name as my father. IS this good enough? I left India long back and I do not have aadhar card, voter id etc, My school certificates also don't show his name

I did not even have birth certificate and no aadhar or voter id etc. I only submitted old indian passport for proof of relationship. After submitting that I received Sponsorship approval.

Many people receive Pre-arrival letter and a year after the fact no update. I hope yours will be different and you receive further update. you can always send a webform to follow up

I see the timeline between the request for PCC and the submission is only a few days. Submitted my mother's PCC application to BLS almost 6 weeks ago but no luck so far. If you applied at BLS please let me know how to expedite the status.

Almost same here. Did your in-laws have military or government services before?

I applied PCC from BLS Toronto. It states on the passport seva website if we dont hear in 6weeks we should contact the appropriate police station. In our case my uncle was able to contact the police station and then they processed the PCC. So please conatct your police station in India, you chose on the form.

hello, my father had govt service. We had filled out a table for the visitors visa which was approved after one year. THey asked for the same table in a form IMM...XXXX. which we filled out and submitted for the PR. Waiting for a few days now. do u know how long this could take? thanks.

I applied for my mom's PCC at BLS Toronto. The police went to her address in India and did the verification. The Consulate website has been saying the PCC is clear and ready for issue. But there is no progress after that since about a month.
Does anyone know how to get the PCC at this point?
