you can go to mp but usually they are not allowed to make inquiries before the processing time is passed or have something really important or serious. Usually they will only tell you its in process and you will get updates once they need

Not exact, but my parents are in Australia, they asked for PCC, I am unsure how many should I get it.
In your case , I would recommend submitting web form and calling IRCC to update them / email them as a proof so all the officers reviewing your file - come across that they were in Australia for visiting purpose. I mean a written proof.

I did that but officer again demanded that driving history letter. i have applied for it now.

Mine looks updated. On top right of the excel last modified date is shown. Yesterday it showed Oct 8th. So it seems there was some glitch which has been rectified.

I hope someone for Batch 2022 can answer my questions, we just receive ours for the 2023 intake and my question is for the portal do I have to create to account one each parent (mother and father) or I can just pick one as a principal applicant and put the other parent as a dependent

You cannot connect the application in portal if you haven't submitted it, but once you do, you will create one account that will have principal applicant and the dependent(s)
