Please note I received letter from IRCC which confirms that sponsorship Application for my mother was received. I believe it is AOR. However , it mentions that I need to submit IMM5768 or 7748 but I am Quebec resident and it mentions that I don't need to submit this form and need to meet Quebec income requirement.
I used this letter and applied for undertaking with Quebec government but they returned my application and said that I need to provide Sponsor of eligibility letter from IRCC. I am confused now how can IRCC issue Sponsor of eligibility letter if I am not providing any evidence of my income so I am so much confused. Appreciate any guidance. Thanks

Its also says if not submitted before or while applying
So if you already submitted no need to do anything and this sponsor approval letter which have file/application no. So you can consider it as a aor too!!

No I never submitted IMM5748 or 5768 form when I was submitting documents as I am from Quebec and these forms only required for other provinces except QC. Now I don’t know what document to provide for QC as QC immigration required sponsor eligibility letter before confirming that I meet income requirement. IRCC is asking to meet QC income requirement before providing Sponsor eligibility letter
Best and guaranteed answer will be given by ircc so i recommend call ircc using application in this !!
Hi, I was able to link my application on June 26 to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
Now I’m able to see my application status online.
Priority is really to bring in labour and students because that helps with the economy versus parent sponsorship which is viewed as a more of an H&C program because most parents never pay taxes and cost the system money. Don’t think the processing times will go back to close to 1 year in the near future for PGP.

1) Do we know when the new application process will begin?
2) I would like to be prepared with all the documents to submit for when the quota opens again, do we know what documents are required?
