Sydney Australia . It took about 3 weeks as my father's picture was rejected so I have to resubmit it.

We sent application in December 23rd I believe, and received request for more documents about 3 months ago, and then i requested confirmation if they received all requested documents and if they are ready for officer review. They responded after 1 month that they received documents (from an agent not an officer). I am not sure when we will receive sponsorship approval (or if the fact they wanted more documents like high school records, uni, old passport of parents etc) is the approval itself. Its a bit confusing. However, one thing is clear is that those that sent it days before deadline will obviously be processed the slowest and I do not see much movement from this lot.

We are in the same boat, submitted on 23rd Dec. Resubmitted docs on 15Mar. Nothing since then no AOR. Did you receive AOR?

My son is in Canada and We parants are applying the visit family visa. while fillup the application ircc need the marriage certificate. We have Nikah Nama, I want to ask that is there any attestation required to submit this nikah nama or can upload as it is . Nikah Nama is in Urdu language. Inam from India. pls suggest

You need to translate it in English and get it attested. Do you have marriage certificate?

Did you do biometrics already?

Biometrics were done last year when applied for Visitor visa. They are valid till 2032.

Same here, in that no sponsorship approval, but had request for more documents (school records, old passports) no Police request yet, or medical. Since you submitted on Dec 20, do you feel we will get a medical request very soon? Thanks!

According to timeline you should get it soon but you never know. All the best.

Hi everyone , I just got an invite for PGP 2023 and have started looking into the application. I have below questions. Please assist me
1. IMM0008 form has a section for national Identity document. I was thinking to mentioned Aadhaar card here since passport details are in different section. But this section is asking me to enter issue date and expiry date of document and aadhaar doesn’t have these dates. Under this scenario, what other document can I mention in national identity document section. In India only passport has expiry and issue date. But passport is a separate section and national identity document is a separate section.
2. I don’t have birth certificate and marriage certificate of parents. Can I go to lawyer and get it notarized on stamp paper based on date of birth and spouse details mentioned in passport. For instance my father passport got his DOB and spouse details and also my mother passport got her DOB and spouse details. Can I ask lawyer to write those details on a stamp paper and notarized it. Can this work as a substitute for Birth and marriage certificate. Please advise.

My file was transferred there on July 31st from Mississauga and I've heard nothing since.

We applied on 23 Rd December 2022 , since than no communication except Aor in March 23. No documents demanded Can we assume it normal or something doubtful.

[Hello,you should contact your local MP as advised by our lawyer,same case.
After that we started getting requests.
