I got it too for my mom and dad. Is there anything that we need to keep in mind while doing medical. My parents have high BP and Diabetes but it’s under control with medication.
Just bring any prescription medication they are taking and also their medical reports (if available) for the BP and diabetes. Although, I don't think the panel physician will need the medical reports but just in case.

Kidney function will be the biggest issue. If they use insulin that may also be a factor in terms of cost. How severe their HBP is and how severe their Diabetes and how well it is controlled will be the primary issue. The biggest concern will be kidney function because of the risk of needing dialysis and/or a kidney transplant and the high expense or both. Low kidney function is one of the top reasons for refusal based on excessive demand.
