Thanks! Application number with name and location worked!!when I linked my account I found using the UCI code on the letter is not correct. i used application number and PA name, location place to link my account. It worked. Inside the account I found PA has a different UCI, I realized the UCI on the letter maybe mine. I sponsor my parents as a REP. I believe it is all about PA info.
It is highly unlikely that your parents never got registered in the electoral poll if they have lived in India their whole lives. What is the option if a person does not have a Voter's ID for India?
Can anyone please help to answer?

Register on https://nvsp.in/
Once you are registered and signed in
Goto Search in Electoral Roll
Enter the required info and try to find them (this will be tricky part as most names are butchered in the Indian Electoral Poll)
Once you have their EPIC # you can download a Electronic Voter Id which I believe is acceptable
Good Luck..
Hi Deryk,
Thanks your prompt reply.
I am the PA, we have not lived in India for the past 30+ years as we are in the Middle East. Hence no Voter's ID Card.
Then you probably wont be asked for Voter ID if your not a resident of India, but if you still are then you can provide a LOE explaining what you just said i.e. why you don't have a Indian Voter ID.Hi Deryk,
Thanks your prompt reply.
