Sorry folks if this has been asked previously. I did find some vague answers on Quora - hence turning to trusted source.
We filed for our parents PR file (family sponsorship) 6 years ago and it has finally gotten approved. We changed provinces to Ontario from Manitoba 4 months ago. Now the COPR for parents approval has Winnipeg listed as destination city.
My head juices are draining out. Do we book their flight to Winnipeg and deal with the extra cost or only till Toronto and explain to the officer that Toronto is their final destination ? will this have an impact ? To complicate things the current Itinerary is Delhi - MTL - Toronto so landing will be in Montreal.
