parents apply for TRV_Suggestions Plzz

Hi @Bryanna/ and other experts,
This is regarding TRV for my parents. They plan to apply TRV for Canada from India. Please suggest me with the process -
1. They were rejected for US visa - Dad- once, Mom - twice.
2. Dad has property (land, building, shop) in his name. What documents are required? Dad also can show an employment document (fake) to create a stronger tie.
2. Bank documents - has FDR and liquid money as well in two different account. He will finance the trip. He has an account where every month he gets a certain amount deposited. Can this statement be shown to prove that this amount is deposited as salary (To support the fake employment document)
3. Dad will finance the trip,
4. length of stay 14 days, flight booking documents and itinerary will be given,
5. Ties back home - property, has a daughter (24 yrs old), employment?
6. letter of invitation from my sister, currently me and sister are living in Canada.

Please suggest me on the above.

i would suggest property papers for everything that he has
bank account statement for past 6 month
medical insurance quote
flight itenary quote
your house papers
invitation letter
you should provide your bank statements as well
show his personal bank account statement not business account statement

strongly recommend against using fake documents, if found out to be fake your parents could be banned from coming to Canada for 5 years.

Why would you even take the chance on a ban by submitting false documents in connection to a visa application?
Well I guess if you did , and it was caught , you wouldn’t have to worry about getting your parents a visa for five years , since that’s how long the ban will be

Why would you even take the chance on a ban by submitting false documents in connection to a visa application?
Well I guess if you did , and it was caught , you wouldn’t have to worry about getting your parents a visa for five years , since that’s how long the ban will be

Well it is not exactly fake. He used to work in my uncle's (dad's brother) hospital as an administrator. I will just keep his employment letter in align with bank deposits as he is taking cash salary and there is no proof. My uncle will sign and stamp.
