Hi, I am applying for my parents and sister's tourist visa for my brother's graduation ceremony.
Do I have to apply for my sister's visa separately as she is over 22 years and independent? Can someone confirm?

Since I have to upload the letter of invitation in two accounts (assuming my sister's visa is applied separately), I decided to make one showing that I am inviting both of my parents and sister to Canada. Is it advisable to do so or would it be confusing? Should I be making two different invitation letter? I want to show that this as a family visit.

Also, the purpose of this visit is my brother's graduation ceremony and I am creating the invitation letter as I earn more than him. In the supporting documents is it advisable to show his bank statement as well?

Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

Yes your sister needs to apply separately. Would make more sense to each have their own invitation letter but the invitation letter is such a minor factor in the decision process in your case so likely no impact of having one invitation letter for both applications. Please apply asap if you want a chance to hear about the approval or refusal before June.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have a question regarding the expenses. My parents and sister have enough funds in their account to cover the whole trip (Parents -18k, sister -20k CAD). Should I mention in the invitation letter that I will bear their boarding and lodging expenses as they will be living with us? (I showed 12k in my statements) Will this make my case any stronger?
