Nope, you will have to show requirements for QC. You won't need to explain anything.
Thanks, and also if you can answer another thing. I am in QC for only 1 year contract, if I end up going back to Ontario, do I stay eligible for federal side (3 years income) ? Or I will have to wait for another 3 years outside QC. Thanks

Thank you for the prompt response. so in this case shoud l i just donot apply for the application? i guess it will be straight NO ? If i still apply how much money will i lose for my two parents ? My friends are telling me that i should still apply as they may be flexible since my income for the 2019 onwards is really high around 95K.
Sorry to say Your Friend made FOOL of you Sir .
Even your NOA show $1 Less than expected you will be refused although for rest 2 year Income is 2 million +

Some people bound to play with system and love to play with system and they feel/call them Smart

The IRCC Social Media team will not respond to any questions sent from now until October 4. Please hold your questions until Monday at 9 am EDT. Thanks for understanding!

IRCC tweeted this. Does this mean they aren’t working on Friday as well? Will they draw on Friday?

New instruction from IRCC since the last couple of years states that, the number of your household and its financial requirement will be calculated PER YEAR basis. Therefore, in your case, your family member would be 4 in 2018, 2019 and 2020 (since your baby was born in 2021)

It will be 4 for 2018 and 5 for the current year. I think they gave this same example on their website

They aren’t flexible. If you don’t meet LICO, it is refused. Your NOAs state your income. Up to you.
What if you got married Q1 of 2018 and hubby joined you in Canada Q4 of 2018, since you are including your hubby in your # of household for 2018, will they also accept his world income as part of your 2018 income.
PS: Note that CRA doesn't report world income on NOA, but gives you a proof that you reported it.
