Its till 28 aug 2023. My parents passed medical on 29 Aug 2022. so exact one year from medical passed date.

Sorry got a last question.. only my mom principal applicant got the passport request letter . Can we submit dependents with that same letter

I got invite for my parents sponsorship and I am trying to fill IMM0008 form. 2 questions
1. Do I add me (Canadian citizen) and my brother (work permit over 22 y/o) as dependents? (the question says to add children even if they are PR or citizens)
2. Do I add my mother as dependent (making my father as PA) ? If not, where do I add her in the application?

Nothing wrong in doing it in advance. However, it may expire before it's needed so be ready to redo. Validity is country dependant, most countries I have seen is 3-6month but you'd have to confirm with the specific country.

No! You'd have to alert IRCC via webform about the existence biometric. If they then say he has to redo then you redo at that point.
