Our PGP application at the PCC stage. However, today I noticed a change in the GC Key.
Under 'Optional Documents', is shows 'Client Information' under 'Document Name' and says "Not Provided" under 'Details' and Required By 'October 04, 2022'.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it just additional information if required? Can I just provide an explanation letter here that we need extension to provide my Dad's PCC? If yes, any idea how can I provide this info?

Received PCC request today. No additional documents require at this moment. File processing at IRCC Vancouver.

Yes, I noticed the same thing with my Id as well. I uploaded PCC, a copy of PA(s)passport (Expiring in 12 months) and proof of relationship last week.

I notice the same thing under my mom and dad optional documents section and no mention of what is missing

PCC has nothing to do with 18th birthday or 10 years. It provides the info if that person has any criminal charges against his/her name.
