Hi guys, is anyone who submitted in November STILL unable to connect to GcKey?
I submitted for two parents separately (they are divorced) and unable to connect for either.

Parent1:
Submitted - Nov 16
Ghost email and F12 marked complete - Feb 22
Biometrics PAYMENT requested - April 10
Medical requested - May 29
Medical completed - June 8

Parent2:
Submitted - Nov 27
F12 marked complete - June 6
NO GHOST (or any) EMAIL RECEIVED

Seems like there are many of us with apps having absolutely no contact thus far, you're not alone. As I posted above, I have one parent who is moving along and one with no update whatsoever

call them or ask help from your MP. they can get details on your app.

I used the same email for submitting a newer version of IMM 5768. Does anyone see any confirmation after sending a response using this email? I am bit worried as do not see even an auto-generated email confirmation or such.

I received an automatic email the same day. My recommendation would be to send your documents again and also send your documents via web portal.

When did you applied? I applied on Nov-20-2021. so far I have not received any email/communication. Did you receive email to parent email id or sponsor email id?

Quick update. Got my biometrics request yesterday and today got sponsor eligibility approval and in that it was noted file will be transferred to Vancouver office.
