Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

Hi there. Please help me out. On May 11th, I got an email says the status of my parents sponsorship application got updated on portal, then I logged into my portal which says the IM0008 is incomplete and representative form is incomplete. The status shows returned. Meanwhile I didn’t receive any email that indicates me how to resubmit the these two forms. Right now I am trying to find out what mistake I have on my Im0008, but when I opened up IM0008 on portal it only allows me to view first few pages. From the “education” page I couldn’t view it because the continue button on the right bottom becomes grey color, however I can view first few pages. What should I do now? Is it a technical problem? Please help me out. Do I get the whole package returned or closed?

A link was provided to where to get the forms to be completed. And after that on the last part of the email, the email address to where you will the send as an attachment (either pdf or jpeg) the forms that have been completed by you. Hope this helps.

Do we need to submit our passports post the biometrics? My parents biometrics was done successfully today. But they said we will get the passport request in some days and we need to courier it. I am not clear. Can some guide please.TIA.

Thank you but my situation is I didn’t get any email to tell me how to resubmit the correct form. Does it mean I got returned the whole package? What forms are you resubmitting?

I think you have to check the email box of the sponsor for the email notice that was sent, with the temporary application number starting with XF. I think without this email, you cannot do anything because the forms are different from the pr portal we have used.

we are confused about 5604e form as the principle applicant is my Dad then how can we fill this form for my brothers.

Can anyone please help us to understand what IRCC need from us, do they need my brothers all family details if yes what should i fill under applicant info.

once the medical is done, your parents will have each one an infosheet. you can upload that by webform.
if June 7th is already beyond 30days, better send your appointment letter now by webform.

For my one of the request I raisedthe web form on March 23 and yesterday I got reply email from IRCC. So I guess it's take atleast month or two.

thanks for information . do you know when filling web form UCI number should be of principal applicant or sponsor ? I had principal applicant UCI number as i don't have any application number. I tried to put as much details as i can in comments to have them find my application

Finally got the AOR for my parents. They are asking Form5768, which I had already submitted.
I checked the status using F12, it says the document is approved. Should I submit the form again?

I Got the same email Today! Even i submitted the form along with the application.

Its look like a Reminder Email if you didnt submit consent form with application so do it now or otherwise ignore the email

I just received today an AOR letter regarding my PGP Application, but was being asked to submit IMM 5768 if not already included in my application when I submit last October 20, 2021.

my question is should I submit it again?

I received first AOR On March and same AOR today (May 12).
Here I found One thing March email IRCC mention PGP 2020 and May email PGP 2021.
Actually I submit intrest form in 2020 but received invitation in 2021 draw so technically I am falling under PGP 2021 draw.
Is anyone got AOR twice with different date on the letter with same information?
