Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

Request you to please suggest something-
I applied for my parents Supervisa on Dec 2020 provided upfront medical.
Biometrics done Feb, 2021. Biometrics updated May 2021.
Medical Passed- May 2021 for mother, Medical under review for father.
No update after since May 2021.

Could you please suggest what we could do to get faster processing of the application.
Especially for my mother as she is distressed since she has not met us in last 2 years, so we need her to visit us on an urgent basis.
Request you to please suggest if I should re-apply Supervisa application like everyone suggesting on forum or simply wait or contact cic. I tried to send webforms but received generic reply.

Suggest you post to the PGP 2020 thread to get an idea of what timelines others are experiencing.

Hello everyone I need advise - I am going to apply for my parents ( mom/ dad) sponsorship application, do I have to pay 2 fees I mean 1050 two times or just one for both parents, please advise me thx

1050 for each applicant.

Request you all to kindly share your advise. We are all siblings here with PR status and have been trying the sponsorship for our single parent(mother) since 2019. She is on Super visa and staying with us. We have been trying since three years but not received the invitation. She cannot stay alone in back home. Kindly help advise and guide in our case.

I came to Canada from USA on PR in April 2019 . I have applied to sponsor my parents under Family sponsorship and am invited under 2021 program. Per application guide, need to submit Notice of Assessement as Income proof or 2018, 2019, 2020.
Given that I have moved to Canada in 2019, I only have Notice of Assessment with CRA for 2019 and 2020.
So can I submit Tax returns from US for 2018 ?
or do I need to file taxes for 2018 here in Canada to get the Notice of Assessement?

Are you living in Quebec? If not, you are not eligible to sponsor your parents and should not have submitted the expression of interest form.
You MUST show Canadian NOAs from 3 years in order to be eligible. Quebec is the only exception, where they look at income from the past 12 months.

I was filling financial evaluation form (IMM5768), I have few questions regarding it:
1. I don't have any cosigner and any previous undertakings so should I leave section 3(B),4,5,6 blank and value for section 7 will come as 3 then including me, my father and mother.
2. I have a sister she came on PR through express entry and above 22 years of age. She won't be counted as dependent right?

I don't have any previous undertakings and don't have cosigner as well so I don't need to fill section 9,10,11 and 12. Is that correct?

I'm working as an IT contractor with a third party. So should I select employed or self employed under my current situation.

Good day. Just want to say congratulations to all that received an invitations. I just received mine this Oct 1 and slowly working on my applications. My dad is with us here in Canada as a supervise and it is conveniently for us as we dont have to send forms back and forth to signs some of the forms. My wife is consigning and we are lucky that we are eligible with the required income combined. Currently working on our travels so I just have a quick questions, should we include all our long drives to US too?

Follow up questions about imm5768e form. I'm only sponsoring my dad and my wife is co-signing with me. What should I put in question 3.A?

I also need clarification on questions #5 and #6. Thanks in advance.
