Med request - June 29, 2022
Med Submitted (CIC website) - July 28, 2022
PCC and relationship requrst - Aug 15, 2022
PCC and relationship docs submitted - Sept 15, 2022
Doc received email - Feb 02, 2023
Pre-arrival letter - Feb 03, 2023
PPR - Feb 07, 2023

Just submitted the passports at the Dubai VFS.

My Parent's PR application processing Centre is CPC-Mississauga. I last submitted my additional Documents and PCC on 23rd August 2022. Haven't heard anything from the office nor there are any updates in GC Key Account. Is anyone in a similar situation? Is there any method we can contact the Mississauga Office via email or phone to understand where the process is stuck? Any help on this is appreciated.

Almost same timeline as mine. I submitted PCC and relationship docs on Aug 31st. No news after that.

I have very similar timelines. Please check my signature. You can request GCMS notes. The lead time is 30 to 60 days. Additionally, you can try calling them if you are lucky enough, then you will be able to connect with them.

Hi,
Unfortunately I never saw this situation before as I believe everyone is checking their emails more than 10 times a days when their application in process with CIC. You need to contact immediately to passport collection office and explain them your case for this delay. I hope you should have very genuine reason for extension

send in a webform to request an extension just to put everything on the record. They are swarmed with requests everyday so I doubt you will receive any meaningful reply soon. And depends on the nature of your extension request, the request might be denied.
if it's just a minor delay, say one or two weeks, just submit your passports as soon as possible, even after the 30 day timeline. the PPR is good as long as they haven't noticed the delay and got around to deal with you (send you another letter). And the local office is somewhat lenient about these minor delays, (uncertain courier speed from your home to VFS, then VFS to IRCC office, etc.) as long as your application still have time until COPR expiry. Again, even in this situation it is still better to send in a webform or email within 30 days to notify them.
a side note: during covid times the extensions were granted quite generously. right now, not so much.

Hello, I received an update on my in laws application and when I checked the pgp portal it says the application has been returned and the consent and declaration form is incomplete. There is no instructions on how to upload or resubmit it. I can't upload or click the start to sign the declaration form. Please help.

what happened to you? On feb 13th, I logged in to see that the consent and additional family info is now incomplete...when we had done both of them and it showed as complete. Its not allowing me to complete anything.
