Hey Guys, My parents file is stuck in NDVO, since 2019. Their medicals have now expired and vanished from the mycic account. Any advise on something I can initiate from my side. I had emailed NDVO early December, but no response. I am the rep on their file.

Exact same situation. Parents are Bangladeshi but they applied from Qatar. Now they are in Canada and I have updated their address on file using webform.

Medical passed on Feb 26th and I am assuming about to expire in 2 months. PCC was send but mycic does not say that background check is complete yet.
In how much time did you get response on webform ? And what option did you choose while raising the webform ?

I am June 6 applicant. on- line tool shows started processing on nov 13, 2020. it's been over a month still showing the same. Christmas and New Year holiday is approaching, I assume CPC-M will be silent for another while till next year sometime they touch my application again right?

Hi
Has anybody raised a webform in last 2 - 3 weeks?
Have you got any response on that?
I had raised request via webform on 25th Nov and got reply on 15th Dec. My parents are in India and PR file is in Mississauga, ON. Their medicals were passed in Feb 2020 but no communication after that. Hence, I raised webform question on whether we have missed any letter/email. They confirmed that there hasn't been any further updates after Feb 2020 and that the file is process and slow due to COVID.
