Jan 30 received email saying I have met the requirements for eligibility as sponsor. File forwarded to New Delhi. Also received Biometrics form. Completed Biometrics on Feb 6.

Hi, please help
Biometric request was received Dec 17 and was done Dec 20.
In CIC website, under Application Information- Biometric field, it shows date of biometric enrolment Dec 20, 2019 and expiry date in 2029.
But, under Details about your application status - Biometric field it say "we have not received your fingerprints."
Is some body have similar issue or any guidance?

yes, ignore the details. The bio enrollment date is the only one that matters. Details are not always kept up to date.

SCI is the private courier company for IRCC. SO it should be good.
Did you use the different postal code now?

I called Canada post where I needed the package delivered, the PO BOX, I guess they themselves might have corrected it? Just want to be sure its gone to the right place

Hi, My parents gave their medical exam on 1st Feb, how do I know if they passed, how long it will take to reflect on MyCic.

Sent CV, Travel form, Passport all pages, Birth certificate on 5th Feb.

Hi we applied for PGP 2019. We were asked to submit parents marriage certificate, if not available anything supporting document proves the relation between primary applicant (father) and dependent (mother). They gave us 30 days. We submitted an affidavit declaring they are married, notarized by a lawyer in India. Also submitted their India passports where its mentioned spousal name (each other). For us it took little over 30 days to get actual marriage certificate, so we submitted supporting documents with in 30 days. After 30th day, we submitted actual marriage certificate also.
Yesterday our application got returned, saying incomplete application. Not sure if we can apply for review?

We submitted supporting documents with in 30 days. Why did they returned? Any help is appreciated.
