I sent a a request in webform yesterday and I got response today morning:
In response to your enquiry, please be advised that your application is with the London immigration office and is currently in queue to be reviewed by an officer. Please be assured that we will be in touch as soon as there is an update on your file.

DO you think it means something or just a generic reply?

Did you contact them through the online form?
The London AOR says to contact them through email LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Seems like that!
But right now as everyone is showing IN PROCESS for London so how they have divided and assigned files to officers and how they have set reminders. No idea right now.
Based on 2018 applications estimation for receiving the medical requests is between april and june.

I noticed all applications on the tracker processed in Singapore received medical requests and PCC at the same time. Mine is the only case that received only PCC request from Singapore office. Medical request hasn't come yet. I guess our application's processing time will take a bit longer :D

Webform was faster than email.
The response you got, it seems that it wasn't the London office that responded but IRCC comms dept or something.
I don't think they have similar access to information regarding your file. I really think that webform response is based on the GCMS notes and Visa office would give you more detailed information about what to expect.

I got the response in the form of email from london email, also the email signature shows Immigration and Medical Services Division and the name of the agent.

Hello everyone,

I have a very critical question. Is there any one here that hasa parent with MS and she/he has been able to pass the medical exam? I received the medical request today for my parents and my mom suffers from MS. However she has been in a stable condition for the last 10 years. I am really stressed about this issue and I just what to consult with someone who has been in this condition. Many thanks.
