What is your ecas showing?

For IME, there should not be a "review" message in the myCIC. It's should be either "waiting for the result" or "passed".
ECAS still has a message that "medical instructions were sent on November 7, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
We did get a request for additional testing on December 5. Completed that on December 20. Still no change on ECAS.
MyCic however changed from "we have requesteed a medical exam" to " we are reviewing the results of your medical exam". This status only showed up on January 10

This is correct for myCIC. We had this "review" status as well at one point for a period...

As you already had a furtherance test and waiting for almost a month, there is a strong possibility there might be more additional tests.

- What is your Regional Medical Office?
- What tests were asked for the furtherance?

Medicals were done in Edmonton, AB. Blood work was requested. We did have a report from a specialist also from Edmonton with blood work included in the report. the panel physcian said that this will be enough for them.

question everyone:
just when i thought we were about to receive DM on PA, we are asked to provide additional information - proof of relationship because apparently some info is missing on my birth certificate, it's hard for us to get any other sort of proof at this point, I'm not sure if anyone had similar experience, what do you suggest me do at this point other than explanation letter (which we will include regardless), and will this just be the end of my application :(?

any help is appreciated.
I am may 14th applicant I was asked same thing on nov 4th, send your school documents or passport where it’s says your parents name n all that, I sent it on nov 5th but since then heard nothing. What’s your application submission day

@bdidol
I also wanted to note that the MyCic status never changed from "we have requested a medical exam and sent instructions" before thefirst medical exam and the follow up.
The report from the Edmonton clinic that was provided at the follow up appointment on December 20 included bloodwork results, scans and recommendations by a specialist. I am hoping this will be enough for them.
Any thoughts?

What was the additional test? The e-mail for additional test come from a regional medical office. This is not a decision taken by the panel physician.

I totally agree with you. So the request was for bloodwork. We had blood work done at the clinic few months before so that's why I think that panel physician told us no need to do it again as this is exactly what they were asking for.
i do agree with you that he should have sent us for that blood work again. This can just now delay the process again.

Hello,

My parents are about to arrive! Can someone please tell me what kind of benefits they can claim here? I understand they cannot go on welfare but will they be eligible for OAS and any other senior benefits? They are both over 65. One of my parent is disabled. Are there any special benefits we will be eligible for?

To get OAS, they have to be a resident for 10 yrs. Any disability benefit will be considered as welfare benefit and you have to repay that. They are not eligible for any other types of social benefit (like social housing also).

Depending on your province, they will be eligible for (almost) free drug and dental benefits.
