Thank you for your reply. How do I send a webform?
You should have contacted IRCC before the expiry. Send a webform today, explaining the situation and ask for an extension.[/QUOTE]

Hi to all,
How they request police clearance, do they request it through mycic or they request through SA letter.
I haven't received SA letter yet though decision made 8 days earlier, however, received bio-metric and medical request letters though mycic. Do they miss sending SA letter? has any one experienced this? because there may be deadline for submitting PCC, PP copies, other additional forms?? thanks for your input
CPC M send SA letter in batches, it will look like below. You can start processing your PCC.

Hi my question is regarding police clearance certificate. My mom is 62 and my dad is 66. They moved to India from SriLanka 33 years ago. Would they need to submit a PCC from SriLanka as well? They have never lived in SriLanka for more than six months after they permanently moved to India. Any advice is helpful.
How many yrs they lived there? Where they live now in India?

@bdidol, what is the status of your parents medical - which date they have done medical and passing date, if you would like to share, thanks

Minimum 3 yrs, provided you also meet the income requirements.
This is not correct, if someone has been in Canada on Work Permit and has become Permanent resident and meet the Income requirements for the last three years can sponsor their Parents for eg. John Doe has been in Canada since Dec 2015 on work permit and has recently become a Permanent Resident but has been working in Canada for the last 3 years and making more than required income he is able to sponsor his parents. @Maratab ali

In my case, I could see within a week, it was reflected on mycic account that we are reviewing additional documents you have provided.

Is your LVO >> NDVO? And, did you receive any email notification?
