Thank you. my question was if anybody has received cic request to fill up IMM 5562e. do i need to submit just this form or additional info.

If anyone has biometrics request received before 3rd Dec - like it was in my case .
I took an appointment within Canada and completed bio today tho when i had applied under PGP my mom was not in Canada.
It was very smooth process except i had to take a token number even tho i had appointment.
the details are loaded within half an hr, my CIC account shows updated .
Now i will be doing medicals for Mom in Toronto - hoping all goes ok .

On Tue they do updates - it should be back in a day or two - i cant view it either .
last time the tracker disappeared it came back in 3 days.
