Why is the average time keep increasing for June applicants?

The processing times are still very fast. There are still applicants from 2016/17/18 that haven’t been processed if not before. Think people have unreasonable expectations. Government has still said 12-24 months for processing. You should plan for this and if it is faster people should be happy. A group of people are dealing with almost 27k applications and you are basing your comments on a small sample size.

My mom is with me in Canada now but she is going back to her home country (India) for few months and then going to stay in USA for 6 months, When should I inform CIC about this changes ?
Thanks,

They are processing files in batches...finishing everything they get till May 3rd and start checking the files for May 6 to 17th this week.[
Did you mean processing or DM, or AOR. Because my application was received on april 29 and I got AOR on July 11.

is it mention anywhere? can you please shared IRCC link I dont see anywhere in IRCC.

What I understand as per Revenue Canada:
Applicant must meet line 150 income requirement. Report total income, which can include the following, on line 150:
  • Employment income
  • Business and professional income
  • Commissions
  • Wage loss replacement contributions
  • Other employment income
  • Old age security pension
  • CPP or QPP benefits
  • Disability benefits
  • Other pensions and superannuation
  • Elected split-pension amount
  • UCCB amount designated to a dependent
  • Employment insurance and other benefits.

if any one has any document request or fee request , then your original recd date has no meaning you need to wait longer , I know few of the people tried to save $85 bio fee and now their wait is bit longer
