you have to submit same visa office where your case processing . i.e INDIA

You can submit the passport in canada ...couple of years back When I sponsored my spouse through outland app , they requested passport to submit at local VFS office back home but since my spouse just came to visit as visitor we requested through email to allow submit the passport in canada and they issued the passport submission request again

Has anyone get Biometric Instruction Letter IMM5756 yet? My mom (principal) got it today via email, but it does not mention my dad in this email. Would my dad get a separate email or he can use my mom's letter?

I'm not sure how this works.. did IRCC send 27k invites and now only 20k are going to be accepted? I thought only the first 20k were going to be invited and then more if they dont reach quota in the first round. Can someone please explain? Thanks.
