Can we staple the application and its supporting papers...
Or at least individual form containing more than 2 pages besides supporting papers...???
It is better not to - COs have to scan your documents so it makes their lives easier if u use paper clips.
There are no set rules that say you cannot staple documents though so if you feel like stapling it.. go for it.

Hello everyone. Need help here for IMM 1344. The form asks if i'm previously married or in common law relationship. i answered yes. But my problem is: I can't remember the dates anymore- From and To.

I tried to contact families and common friends but unfortunately no one remembers at it's been long time ago. Also hard to remember as it reminds of past hurts. I tried to fill the dates with asterisk but not accepted on the form.
Greatly appreciate your help. thank you.

My husband had the same problem. Good thing he kept his divorce documents as they also need the date of birth of her. All the information he needed was in there.

Do I have to pay for the biometrics initially when sending the application or can I wait?

Do I have to pay for the biometrics initially when sending the application or can I wait?

Application fees and biometric fees are must. The only fee you can wait, though they recommend to pay it now is the right of landing fees

When did you submit your own immigration documents? You should have a records there.

IRCC recommends to pay it initially with application fees to avoid delays. Otherwise Biometric fees can be delayed until requested by IRCC

no one can guarantee, depends on officer
Of course. But when you look at the experiences of members here it looks like there is room for negotiation.

I think they really only reject if you dont meet the income requirements or if there is evidence of fraud.

Otherwise they consider mistakes forgivable if rectified.
