Yes people who don’t meet the income requirements for 2016, 2017 and 2018 shouldn’t have applied in the first place and shouldn’t be encouraged to take a chance especially when they are thousands of dollars off LICO. Sure many share my opinion.
Actually, people who doesn’t meet the income requirements still can apply and may get approve. If you remember there is option on the sponsor form which says something like “continue with the application if doesn’t qualify”

Reason for this option is you can appeal your application based on humanitarian ground. Of course, not everyone can claim it. It has to be strong case.

One example, parent is single and mobile and left alone back home without any other kid or sibling.

Thank you!

yea, same for me.

Do you know how to put employment info for the last 3 consecutive years on the form IMM5768e ? Last three years would be 2018, 2017, 2016 but the first row in the form has ___________ to PRESENT already written.

So, how are we supposed to write this up? Am I adding 2019's income till date to my 2018's income for the first row? Is it something like this as follows:-

2018-01-01 to PRESENT = 2018 + 2019 income (total)
2017-01-01 to 2017-12-31 = 2017 income
2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 = 2016 income

Can anyone please help about the additional family information form.

My mother has 6 siblings and i am going to attach an extra additional family information page to fill up the rest of the siblings.

Do i need to fill up only Siblings section ( Section C) or do i have to fill the full form again?
section C is enough

I found a solution by using "print to pdf" option after validating the form and will send it online. Is that okay?
ok

Please Help me regarding this query:

Me and my wife are applying for both of our parent's sponsorship application under PGP 2019 (Family of 6). We are signing each other's applications as co-signers. Do we mention this current undertaking (2019 applications) in this form as undertaking not yet in effect?

In other words do I mention(count) my wife's parents (whom I am co-signing at the same time sponsoring my parents) in question no 3 B-iv in this form?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi All
My mother's name in birth certificate and Marriage certificate is different from the passport .What should I do in this situation. Please respond .

I don't know if this has been answered here.
Sponsoring both parents, Mom principal applicant. Dad has to fill in his own IMM5406 Additional family information.
My Question
On this particular form for dad, would he have to put himself as the "Applicant" or the Spouse? Since this form is about his own side of the family-Initially I thought his name should come first but now I'm doubting myself because mom is the Principal applicant

your suggestions appreciated

Either Dad or mom can become the Principal Applicant. Then his or her spouse will become dependent. Both Parents need to fill IMM5406 for them separately.

this is a re-post.. I didnt get any suggestion from any one.please help me to find answer

what would you write for the question in Schedule A, personal history (Q6) and address (Q10)
for the time of recent address, would you check the box of "ONGOING" or enter the current month for "TO" date.
for an example parents are here in Canada from 2018-09 till now. in that form what should i type for the time of recent address?
from:2018-09 to: 2019-05 or check the box of ongoing?
