In the forms we are asked about ID Document numbers and issue,expiry date for principle applicant snd dependants. Do we need to provide an official translation of these ID's then?

No, IRCC does not ask for one in the doc checklist

If there was no citizenship certificate, how should I fill in question 7
a. The date on which you obtained this status : should it be the date of the citizenship ceremony?
b. Your UCI (Unique Client Identifier) : whatever code on the citizenship card?

Do you have the Certificate of Commemoration of Canadian Citizenship which came with the original citizenship card? It should have a date stamp on it.

Can anybody answer the following questions:
1) Do you have a national Identity document ? - In this question, Is it asking about Adhaar Card ???

2) Can we do all handwritten signatures with black ball pen ???

3) Can we type handwritten dates as well ???

4) Till what class is considered Primary/ Elementary and High school / Secondary in India??

5) My birth Certificate does not have my name on it but have my parent's name, In this case, along with this birth certificate - Can I attach my Post secondary transcript, my OCI card, and my cancelled Indian Passports?? Will it work or strictly I need Birth certificate???

6) All copies of supporting documents can be printed on both sides or It has to be strictly on different pages????

If somebody can reply these questions, I will really appreciate.....

Hi guys

I am going to send forma to my parents by email. But it will be sent to a shop they know.
The guy will print the docs and give it to them.
I was wondering if accidently that person hits herw and there in the form and validate it without noticing.
But i’ll have the original validates with me here, i’ll just ask parents to return the last pages “signed ones” by courier.
Will it create some issue if the forms are changeg later and validated by mistake
But the printed/going with the applications are the original?
Please advise

Also if i courier it to them, if anyone has idea how long it takes for europe (Spain) ?

The UCI number is on the visa, just do a google research with images and you will figure it out...

I would advise that you tell your parents to tell the guy who prints the forms to validate them and print from there. A small change can make the validation pages different and then it won't match

That may not be correct. Only the principal applicant needs to fill IMM0008DEP in case he/she has more than 5 accompanying or non-accompanying dependents. From the guide:

• Complete the Additional Dependents/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) if more than five accompanying or non-accompanying family members exist

My husband will co-sign. Do we still need to complete the Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union Form?
