I would suggest you to answer question 11 and 15. And when answering question 5, it says provide details on the back. You can make a table on the back of the page and give his NOA for 3 years or indicate that he contributes to the household income. Also your family size in question 14 will be 2+parents you are sponsoring.
Thanks!

Your question was already answered. Please don't post the same question multiple times. You don't qualify to sponsor your parents and should have never submitted an intent to sponsor form.

Yet another goof who applied knowing they were ineligible. While they did shut out other truly qualified people, they serve a purpose in that they will at least ensure all or some of those in the 20 to 27k category get accepted....

Hello guys
I am filling a financial evaluation form. I dont have a co-singer and i selected No for that.
But still the co-signer section is coming in the form.
What should i do in that case?

Thank you

where did you see they dont allow blue ink??? just curious
That’s just silly, I sponsored my wife and she signed everything in blue and she was approved, sign in either blue or black

Besides if you go to the instruction guide and search the word “blue” it doesn’t appear anywhere

Did somebody get photos clicked from shoppers drug mart?
Ours say after address and date- I certify that this picture is the likeliness of ——- and guarantor’s signature?
Is this format correct?

hi, i have the same problem, no exact date but i put in last day of month instead of first, did you find other solutions?
Search in your email. To invite you for a citizenship ceremony, they would have sent an email. That would have your date of ceremony which is the citizenship date.

No. Read the guide:
The back of one (1) photo must:
  • bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;
  • bear the date the photo was taken;
  • The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are not accepted.
Yet I don't think that this additional stuff you mention disqualifies it. Just unnecessary.

If you do not have co-signer then leave the co-signer section blank.
Section 16 and 17 are not applicable if you do not have co-signer.

Hello everyone,

I have 2 questions.

Question1: Please advice if the following info is okay (form 5768)

1. I co-signed my wife's PGP for her parents (mom and dad) in 2018. I am now signing my widowed mom's application with my wife as a co-signer. We have 2 children, so all together we are 7: 4 (existing family), + 2 (Wife's parents)+1 (my mom). Can you please check and advice if the info below for form IMM5768E looks okay:
3. B) iv): number of persons included in previous undertakings you co-signed but the undertakings are
still not in effect: 2 (wife's parents I co-signed)
4. ii) number of persons included in previous undertakings your spouse or common-law partner
signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect. Do not include persons accounted for in 3.B
iv). : 0 (since included above)
9) Names of Persons included in previous undertakings you co-signed and that are not yet in effect (see 3. B) iv): This would be the names of my wife's mom and dad
10)
Names of Persons included in previous undertakings your spouse signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect (see 3. B) iv): This would be blank as they are included in 9 above (names of my wife's mom and dad)

Question 2: Is the below method okay to show proof of relationship. My mother has already been issued 2 Tourist visa's and visited Canada several times.

I am a Canadian citizen but do not have a birth certificate from India where I was born. I need to prove my relationsip with my mother and intend to use the following:
1. Cancelled Indian passport that shows parents names
2. School certificates that show father's name and an affidavit signed by my mom that states:
AFFIDAVIT
I, (mother's) last name (maiden name) first name, wife of (spouse) last name first name, being duly sworn, do depose and make the following statements:

1. I was born in place of birth, State, Country on Date Of Birth.

2. I was married to (spouse) last name first name on date (of their marriage).

3. My spouse passed away on..........

4. I am the mother of (sponsor) last name first name and (your father's) last name first name was his father.

4. (Sponsor's) last name first name was born on date (of birth in MM/DD/YYYY) at time (of birth am/pm) in City, State, Country.
