Yes you can if you use Canada Post. Send it by Canada Post and ask for tracking and signature. Many of us have done it this way.

seems like everyone (submitted or not yet submitted application) had that letter reminder, But I did not get any letter even I sent application (not yet ECAS). is that normal?

Take it easy, sent by the order of invitations, reminder means reminder, even forget to send to someone doesn’t mean anything, relax.

This is NOT true. They have already mentioned on twitter multiple times that they will accept scanned/photocopied signatures. If in future they need original, they may ask for it.
