My Courier is delivered today however the message I read on Canada post's website is "
Delivered to recipient's delivery partner
Ottawa, ON"

is that ok?

honestly i think it is very strange to put all barcodes behind checklist, why would we not want to match barcodes with each form. I understand that IMM1344 bacodes should be on top then IMM1344 form itself. Mixing up all barcodes then forms just seems odd to me. There is no where on the guide that says all barcodes of all forms should be on top then forms. The instruction to put on barcodes on top seems to only applied to IMM1344.

Regardless, it should be okie to follow either all barcodes or just barcode of IMM1344 on top.

3. Print all pages of your application form.

Actually, it doesn't matter a lot
I thought to put all bar codes together but it seems confusing to me
so I changed and then put bar codes on the top of their respective forms.

Hi there,
I am acting as a representative for my parents' application and gave my Canadian mailing address and my personal email for the future communication, but now I am just wondering in the end when they ask original passport of my parents for the visa stamp, will they deliver it back to my address? or there is any option like my parents can go to the embassy directly to get the visa stamp on their passports?

When you connect your application to online.. you'll find it there too..
you'll find a solution for this.. no need to worry

can anyone advise me, is that the normal message or I /Canada post made mistake

They received my application on May 23rd, 2019 and I realized I put checklist on the top and invitation letter after checklist. Just wondering they'll accept my application or return it back to me as I forget to put the invitation letter on the top?

That doesn't matter.
I used a big paper clip to attach the photograph with an invitation letter and then put 1 blank page on the top of the invitation letter.

I did the same. This is fine, I have since called the CIC Agent and the application has been fed in the system. No additional notes were on file, which is fine for now / this stage which is called the "Prospect File" stage.

Okay so I sent documents by UPS and this is the address that they delivered to:
SCI DND
2303 STEVENAGE DR
OTTAWA ON

I called IRCC Agent and confirmed that this is correct address where they delivered package.
So, if you see this address of delivery when you post by UPS or any courier, relax it is delivered to correct address

Thanks, should I write on the bottom as continued form? or just put it in the back of primary form.
another question please, I filled my father IMM5406 form and now filling my mum form, is the applicant still my dad or I should reverse it as mum is applicant and spouse is my dad
You will have to reverse it as for your mom she will be applicant.
Also you can attach extra sheet after the form and write on that sheet that this is continued from this form

I agree to put bar codes on each form. The other way seems so confusing and messy.

Hello Everyone,
Why do we need to put the barcode pages at the top, shouldn't it stay with the respective form in the page order, like for IMM1344 its page 8 of 8??

Please advice.

It doesn't say on the checklist to put the barcode pages in any other order specifically?
