Guys need help please. My parents biometrics were completed in October 2022 and now when I check the online account, it shows there is no application on the account at all. I have not received anything about the next processing at all. What is happening? What should I do?

My wife is sponsoring her parents. A medical request was received in September 2022.
Her mom's medical results raised suspicions for TB and required additional testing to verify she doesn't have active TB.
Additional testing was done and required over 8 weeks for results to be ready.
3 out of 4 results came back as negative, the 4th was inconclusive.
However, the results included a summary deeming the results as conclusive and negative.
Nevertheless, the visa office requested to do those tests again, which will now take another 8 weeks.
Has any of you been in this situation? Do you think I should send an email to the visa office asking about this?

The expiry date appearing in the site is October 18 and I am assuming this is the visa expiration date
We have not received the visa yet
We are booked to fly this year and come back October 14.
If assumption is correct, that will be 4 days before the visa expires
Can sombody kindly advise if there would be issue if we fly my mother in law 4 days before her visa expiry?

Our parents got the PR last September and since they were already in Canada, they did not have to enter the country. My question is how do I declare goods to follow? This would include jewelry, electronics, etc. that we would like to bring from our home country. Does anyone have an idea how to declare goods to follow?
Same here everything has been done no response from ircc. Ircc completely silent. Its only work on student visa.
