Hi M4imran,
We just received an email asking for some info prior to sending us link for portal.
Could you please let me know what did you answer for: Location where you last entered? Port of entry or your parents current address?
TIA
port of entry is airport they landed, in my case it was Pearson Toronto and current address is m address as my parents living with me or you can provide address where they are living to mail PR card.

why you received two passport requests if your mother is in Canada. Did you change address online?
We submitted the web form the day she came to Canada in September 2021. Then we received passport request, informing us that if she is in Canada we need to submit a web form, so we did it again. After 6 months we received on more passport request letter. I know it sounds weird, but it is what it is. Again, we submitted the web form informing that my mom is here in Canada and yesterday we received pr approval email, we replied the same day with all requested info, but since then nothing. Waiting again...

Sending webform does not change address as stated by IRRC. This is causing delay, you should change address on GC key.

Hi everyone,

I got PPR on Monday for my parents, but mother (PA) is in Canada and my dad is in India, I have asked for virtual landing for my mother, as per the instructions in the letter (by filling the webform), just wondering, what would be the process for my dad? my Mom has to get her eCOPR first and only then he has to send his passport or can he send his passport, given that we have received that letter? I have read somewhere that PA has to get eCOPR, and then he will request his own COPR? does that make sense? what would be his travel document to come to Canada?

Any help will be appreciated.
Hello, I am I same situation. What did you end up doing?

I have received the e copr for my parents. Everything is done we have taken pictures and uploaded for pr cards. Picture was rejected after 2 months I resubmitted new pictures. Still waiting to hear back after 2 additional months. Where can ask for help from.ircc? What can I do to speed up?

Hi. It seems that there isn't much we can do to speed it up. My mom and my sister (dependent) received their e-corp on 7th of April. My sister has received her PR card but my mom's still says submitted. I sent a webform asking for them to expedite it because we need her PR card (as a form of Canadian identity) to apply for a BC Health Card. All we received was a generic reply.

If one has 3 persons on an application Principal applicant, her spouse and a dependent if one person is medically inadmissible does it affect the application of the principal applicant and the other applicant?
