Also, we dont want to sell it in the nearest future but later in the future for sure,
How can we declare it now and later don’t get taxed on it?

NDVO might have already sent this information to Canadian office, but due to holidays, Canadian offices would be busy.@calgary17 It's so frustrating, we have got PPR, Did the first web form on the 3rd Drcember and 2nd webform on the 15th letting NDVO know that Parents in Canada, but haven't heard anything back yet. Does anyone in the same boat, is there any other way to let them know?
It means NDVO has just received your file and it will be processed... Then it will be back to « In Process» when NDVO starts processing it.Hi Folks,
Principal Applicant status changed from In Process to "Application Received". Just checked ECAS today after Dec 9th. Anyone have any idea what is that means or anyone have experience with this?
