But what if you already have her application in progress and you mentioned 1 in 3b(ii) ?

As it says "Question 5: Your spouse or common law partner , if not included in 3, above?

Hi friends. I am sponsoring my parents and my wife is co-signer. In Imm 5768 do i have to write family size in both q#14 and #17, or i just need to write family size in q#14 only ? Thanks in advance.

The reason they ask for each year is to confirm your income was sufficient to support family for each given year. As the family size can change on based of Birth or Death of family member for a given period of time. Weather this criteria of IRCC is good or bad, This is what they have decided to do.

Several years back they only required min income for one year to sponsor parents. Now min income threshold is required for 3 yrs plus during next years till the applicant become PR, thereafter undertaking for 20 years.

Why does some of you put 2019 income as well? Did I read it right? Last 3 taxation years? Or I missed the instruction?

How confusing, someone else in this thread says agent told him to type fictitious dates, validate it, print out and then include letter of explanation. I feel they are very flexible and would accept both methods. As long as discrepancies are not due to forgeries or misdecleration they shouldn't red flag.

My wife and I would like to submit parents sponsorship PR applications for her and my parents. I would be the co-signer on her application and she would be the co-signer on my application. Just wondering how many family members should we specify in IMM5768 form of each application, is it 4 or 6?

My parents do not have a marriage certificate. Does anybody else have a similar situation. If yes, can you please tell me what you did for the replacement document?

We are family of 3 ( myself,wife and mother) and my father expired in July 2018. Now I have received invitation to submit an application to sponsor my parents for year 2019.

I have two questions which highlighted below
A) In Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) which should be filled by my mother ( since she is principal applicant) there is question 3) How many family members, including you, are in this application .

option 1) one(just my mother) , option 2) two { mother & father(passed away)}

Also under dependents section in the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) should my mother ( principal applicant ) include my late father even though he has passed away.

Note: While submitting the Interest to sponsor application form on January 28th I have only submitted by mother details.

A) Only 1 as your father is passed away (Sorry to hear about your loss)
On IMM 0008 she don't have any dependents so she does not have to include your father.

I am not in same situation but i think if you get affidavit that should work. though i am not 100% sure on what to do.

We include 2019 income because in form they ask income until 'Present'.
Also, as per phone call with IRCC, they said just write whatever income you earned this year even though it does not make any sense, you still need to include it. you can provide your last payslip for proof.
