yes you should change the address to canada by webform.Hello! My parents were selected in 2019 lottery - we are still on the sponsorship side (some documents requested in February and have not heard since then). Due to Covid, my parents are in Canada until further notice. Should I change their home residence address from Venezuela to canada (would it make a difference for their sponsorship?) Should I follow up with IRCC about their application since we havent heard anything since february (not even approved for sponsor yet).
Thanks

- you’re currently living in the U.S. and will be coming to Canada directly (transiting through the U.S. to Canada doesn’t apply)
If you’re travelling by air, you need to pass a health check conducted by the airline before boarding a flight. If you show symptoms of COVID-19, you won’t be allowed to board."
- be coming to Canada to settle permanently (you cannot come to Canada and leave to go live in another country, even if it’s temporary)
